Alison Goodman
Alison Goodman is the author of EON: Rise of the Dragoneye, the first book of a magical fantasy duology based on Imperial China. EON won the 2008 Aurealis Award for Best Fantasy Novel and has also been listed as a 2010 American Library Association Best Young Adult Book. EONA, the sequel, was published in 2011. Her first novel, Singing the Dogstar Blues, a science-fiction comedy thriller, won an Aurealis Award for Best Young Adult Novel and was shortlisted for the 1999 Victorian Premier’s Literary Award for Young Adult Fiction.
